A new year brings with it new opportunities as always and in the first quarter of the year we’ve secured, a refurbishment project for another phase at Good Hope Hospital, which has already commenced on site.
We have also secured two retail projects one in Luton comprising of the Benchmark Wall Liner panel and Benchmark facade systems and the second is another phase at Airport Retail Park in Coventry. This phase involves around 1,500 sq. metres of Kingspan Topdeck roof panel and barrel vault upstand rooflights, all to provide a new store for B&M Bargins.
We have also been awarded a contract for the roofing and cladding works to provide a new stone cutting facility at Syreford Quarry. The works comprises of around 2,000 sq. metres of Euroclad elite roof and wall systems, all provided to ensure the necessary sound reduction values necessary on the scheme.
The project for the new warehouse unit in Basildon has been completed on programme. The 4000 sq. metres of Kingspan composite roof panel and 3000 sq. metres of wall cladding in both Kingspan and Euroclad Elite systems are now in place. We have also started on a second Pod unit in Christchurch that should be completed shortly.
This has the Kingspan Low Pitch panel on the roof with composite Micro Rib and Louvre panels on the cladding. There are also some refurbishment works of cladding to an existing adjacent unit that are being carried out simultaneously.
The roofing and cladding works on the project at Madford Retail Park in Hertford is 90% complete. The unit comprises of around 1500 sq. metres of Kingspan RW roof, parapet panels and Micro Rib wall cladding panels.
